EKO Konzervipari Kft. has been a key player in the Hungarian canning industry and the food processing sector of Eastern Hungary since 1964.
Building on more than 60 years of experience and the expertise of our dedicated colleagues — many of whom have been with us for decades — we produce high-quality, healthy food products.
Thanks to our modern technology, we are capable of large-scale industrial production while preserving traditional values: our products are made without preservatives, always from fresh and carefully inspected raw materials.

Tradition
Since 1964, we have been producing high-quality canned products in Hungary. Our traditional recipes and trusted ingredients ensure the familiar, homely flavors that consumers have come to love.
Value
We work exclusively with fresh, chemical-free ingredients, which are processed within hours after harvest. Our products are completely free from preservatives and additives.
Quality
We collaborate with more than 100 local producers and have been offering the EKO brand – including the Nagymama lekvárja product family – for over 40 years. The majority of our customers return year after year, and many of them have maintained continuous relationships with us for 10–15 years.
Innovation
With modern technology, we carry out large-scale production using advanced vacuum filling and heat treatment processes. In addition, we operate one of Hungary’s most modern biological wastewater pre-treatment systems.

In our biological wastewater treatment system, we use bacterial cultures to process the wastewater, significantly improving the quality of the discharged water and reducing its organic matter content.
We design our production lines to minimize environmental impact during manufacturing – for example, by significantly reducing water usage.
To safeguard the soil and minimize the use of chemicals, we provide professional consultancy to support our partners.
